Making the difference by being the difference
We are people with lived experience of homeless and/or other disadvantage together with local service practitioners.
We work with support organisations in the local services system to create improvements by contributing our lived experience knowledge and expertise.
We have a friendly monthly open meeting (with food!) that you can just turn up to, as well as extra activities on particular topics and an email list you can join to keep informed.

At its heart, co-production is about working in equal partnership. It brings together people who use services (people with “lived experience”) and the people who run those services to design and deliver them together.
Instead of service providers creating a plan and then asking for feedback later, co-production means working together from the very beginning to the very end. This ensures that the support offered is effective, valuable, and meets people’s actual needs.
When people experience multiple forms of disadvantage it creates a complex system of overlapping effect that make it hard to escape and hard for services to be effective.
When we recognise the complexity of people’s lives then we realise that only through listening to lived experience and working across boundaries can services make a lasting diference.
